Présentation
Homme 42 ans sans antécédent cardiaque, a présenté un AVC ischémique hémisphérique gauche il y a 4 ans. Bilan étiologique complet negatif. Échocardiographie : PFO visualisé. Recherche de thrombose VV négative.
